BaanBaan gives independent restaurants a direct channel to their customers — no commission cuts, no platform dependency. Get your own branded page, manage your menu, and receive orders directly to your existing POS.
We collect only what is needed to fulfill your order, and we do not retain it beyond that purpose.
We do not require you to create an account or log in. Your order history is stored only on your device using your browser's local storage — it is never sent to our servers.
A first name or nickname is recorded with your order so the restaurant can identify it at pickup. It is not stored beyond the active order.
Your phone number is recorded with your order so the restaurant can reach you if there is an issue. It is not stored in our systems after the order is fulfilled.
Your email is optional and used only to send you a receipt. It is not stored in our systems after the receipt is delivered.
All payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, billing name, or address. Payments work with your phone's wallet — we never see or store any payment details.
